Detect inclined plane

September 29, 2018 - 12:20am #1

Hi,

I'm tracking vertical and horizontal planes with success, especially using ARCore combined with Vuforia.

But I'm struggling with a problem and I don't know how to solve it: I have an inclined plane (it's big: 4 meters x 4 meters, so it should be detected) that is inclined about 30 degrees compared to the floor.

Is it possible to track a plane that is inclined or you have any idea of how to do it?

Thanks in advance,

Best regards

I'm using Vuforia with Unity, I'm not using Android Studio.

If you want to enable ARCore, you have to add the ARCore library in Unity project files and, if the device that you are using supports ARCore, it will be used automatically at runtime.
