Ground Plane and Vuforia on Store

Is it possible to create a single version of an app with Ground Plane and Vuforia, and if a device doesn't support the ground plane it will only activate regular Vuforia and using targets/markers?

I want to make a version for Android and iOS, both containing Ground Plane and Vuforia with target.

After building and deploying the core samples on iOS or Android, you will have an app with both features. Image Targets and Ground plane.
