Ground Plane Tutorial

Dear all,

I've installed Unity 3D patch V4 with Vuforia version 7.0.47 and built a test project as described in the Ground Plane Tutorial. There is no ground plane marker appearing on the device and the content does not appear on a Samsung Galaxy A5 device. The same issue occurs on a Xaomi Redmi 4 device either.

In the tutorial you mentioned Unity patch 2 and Vuforia version 7.0.43. Is there any difference or compatibility issues in version 7.0.47 for Galaxy A5 devices?

I believe that eventually it is something related to the Android version. Although Samsung Galaxy A5 is listed in the compatible devices for the Ground Plane option, it still does not work on mine because I have Android 6.

All updates to supported devices will be reflected in the supported devices page.

Could you share a video of the issue you are experiencing? Also, have you tested this in our Ground Plane sample to see if it occurs there as well?
