Hello World Ground Plane with Android does not work

I have an Android device (Samsung Galaxy A5), it is supported by vuforia in order to run a Ground plane application. I have developed a simple AR application using Unity 2017.3 patch 2 and Vuforia 7.0.43, but the Ground Plane does not work at all on my phone, it does not detect any plan and does not show a 3D model.

I have followed all the steps of the tutorial of vuforia.

It is the same for me. The application works in the Unity environment, it detects the Emulator Ground Plane properly, but when I install it into my Android devices (i.e. xiaomi MI A1) it cannot recognize the Emulator Ground Plane. Any advice? 

@montacer66 Does your device fall into one of these models? Samsung Galaxy A5 (SM-A520F, SM-A520S, SM-A520L, SM-A520K, SM-A520W) (seen here https://library.vuforia.com/articles/Solution/ground-plane-supported-devices.html). Have you tested this on 7.0.47 as well?
