How to know when Vuforia is READY to provide a good ground plane experience?

If a physical environment has few features, the positioning of a 3D model on a ground plane will give a very poor and jittery experience.

 

Is there any way to tell if Vuforia has adequate features detected to being placement? So that the User could be notified when Vuforia is READY to provide a good experience for ground plane?

I agree that this is a critical bit of feedback. Alot of AR apps that have already been published that us ARKIT have the ability to show dots on the plane to represent "quality".
