How remove backgroud camera

Hello to all. I'm working with Vuforia, Unity and the Moverio BT-350 viewer. The problem is that in addition to the virtual information, the video taken by the camera in the background also appears on the viewer's lens. Since the lenses are transparent, it would be nice if you could remove the video from the camera and leave only the virtual information. I searched on the internet but none of the solutions found work. Is there a way to remove the video from the camera in the background? If with Moverio BT-350 it is not possible, are there other viewers that simply allow the removal of the video in the background and possibly also the alignment of the virtual information with the objects of the real world? (in practice I noticed that the video does not exactly correspond to the real world, so the virtual images without video in the background I suppose appear to be translated with respect to the target image of reference). Thanks in advance for an answer.

Hi,

In Unity under Vuforia Configuration, you have the Option; Video Background -> Enable video background; uncheck this option and the video from the background will be removed.

Thank you.

Hi,

Are you able to run the project in unity? or do you always have to deploy it to the device?

If you can run it in Unity, please disable the aforementioned option and check to see if the video is disabled.

When I try to run the application on Unity with the option "Enable video background" disabled, I only get a smaller background video, but not its removal. The same happens when I run the apk on a phone or on the BT-350.

The Unity version is 2018.4.2f1 while Vuforia's version is 8.1.11.

Hi

Unfortunately the only headsets we support are Microsoft HoloLens and Vuzix M300.

Thank you.

Hi @Metal,

I was checking the release note and found that there is an issue with the 8.1.11.
