iOS 14 ground plane

Hello. My app ground plane not working on Iphone 11 with iOS 14.0.1(and 14.1) Currently I'm using Vuforia 8.1.11. Will update to 8.3.8 fix that issue.? ( I can't update higher version because of Unity version. [EDIT] I checked the release notes, and 9.3.3 version is fixing problem on IOS 14 associated with ARkit. Is it the minimum Vuforia version that can fix my issue?
