Is it possible to keep the existing ground plane anchor during a camera switch from rear to the front camera (and then right back again in just a few seconds)?

I don't think that this will work with the current SDK. The Ground Plane feature requires continual mapping of your environments visual features. Stopping that information from flowing into the back camera by switching to the front camera will likely impact the anchor tracking.
