Placing ground plane at user location

Hey, so I'm making an app that populates the ground plane based on the users GPS location. I place everything assuming the user is the centre (0,0,0) so I when I actually show my ground plane, I want to place it centred at (0,0,0). Is there any way to do this instead of placing the ground plane at the marker's position?
