Samsung Tab4 + Ground plane

HI

I use to work with Unity 2019.1.7f1 with Vuforia and my Samsung Tab4 (with core-1.4.0 [Plugins/Android]) and I saw the Ground Plane Very Well

Yesterday, I upgrade my Unity to 2019.1.10f1 and Vuforia 8.3.8, and I run the same app, there was no Ground Plane detection.

 

Please advise, It's Very Important to me that its continue to work on the Samsung Tab4

Please provide the device model string and I'll investigate further:

Settings->About phone/device->Model number
