I know that you support only celphones supported by ARCore, and Samsung Galaxy M20 unfortunally isnt in their list... but:
0- I asked there too ;-) just reforcing here...;
1- I put a list of configs of M20 and S8 together, they are quite similar... acelerometer, giroscope, compass, Android 9... can you tell me why M20 isnt supported to use Ground Plane? Thats my doubt...

You are correct.
I would also want to mention following article: https://library.vuforia.com/content/vuforia-library/en/articles/Solution/ground-plane-guide.html which provides an alternative when you don't have a supported device.
