VuforiaBehaviour.Instance.enabled = true/false; working but tracked object remaining on screen after doing VuforiaBehaviour.Instance.enabled = false and the opening the camera again
I don't quite understand the steps to reproduce the issue. You are running VuforiaBehaviour.Instance.enabled = false afterwards opening the camera again?
Could you please be more specific on the steps, I believe your app also includes non-AR behaviour and want to understand how you get back to the camera?
