HoloLens app + Vuforia live stream

I couldn't live stream Hololens app which has vuforia SDK integrated. The companion app shows invalid video type when tried to live stream. Is there any way to live stream the HoloLens-Vuforia app?

Mixed Reality Capture for the live view *does not* function while a Vuforia-based app is running and is using the camera. Recording works fine.

Sorry, I don't know why this is happening so I have no advice at this time. I've had to produce several recordings of Vuforia running on HoloLens and have not experienced this issue.

Anyone found a solution to this? I can disable the camera which would then allow live streaming but then sometimes the model disappears?

You can live stream whilst running a UWP Vuforia application on the Hololens. All you have to do is kill the camera instance and then the live stream will work.

Hi !

Can you give more details on how you do this ? I suppose you first start the app, then maybe track your target to initialize and after only you kill the camera (name of this command ?) and begin the live stream ?
