Image recognition doesnt work after Scene load

I have 2 scenes on my app. Scene1 has a GUI and start button. Scene 2 has Image targets and ARCamera. When I individually build and run Scene2 image targets are recognized. But when I run scene1 and click start it transitions to Scene 2 but the image targets are not recognized.

Help!!
