Vuforia stopped working DEP0500

My project has been working fine until recently, it always throws the following error message upon deployment:

Error DEP0500: The folder "C:\Data\Users\DefaultAccount\AppData\Local\DevelopmentFiles\VuforiaHoloLensVS.Release_x86.Tim" could not be deleted. UnauthorizedAccessException - Access to the path 'UnityEngine.CoreModule.dll' is denied. [0x80070005]

I cant even get the Sample on Unity to work anymore.

I am using 2017.4.3f1 and havent changed versions at all.

Hope someone can help me to fix this.
