Which cameras are used for image target tracking?

Hey there,

I'm setting up Image Target tracking on the HoloLens and am hoping to have continuous target tracking of a marker, even when it's outside of the HoloLens' display FOV.

After some quick testing it looks like maybe Vuforia is only making use of the single photo / video camera and not the 4 'environment understanding cameras', as I'm only seeing a slightly larger tracking space for my image target than the display field of view. Is this the case? Or is Vuforia able to make use of the hololens' full camera array / should I be seeing a much larger tracking space than the display FOV?

Hello,

To take advantage of HoloLens spacial mapping, enable Extended Tracking in the prefab's inspector window.

Is it then possible to turn off the camera but continue to keep the model locked in place? Reason I ask is because once I have tracked an image and it is extended tracking I then want to do a live stream.
