3D model image disturbed.

Hi,

 

 

I replace teapot 3D object model to my 3D object model. I also convert .obj to .h file and add the .png. WhenEver I add my 3Dmodel that time my .png fully disturb, i.e. some portion of image went to up and down. so what i do and where is my fault . please assist me.
