thanks for ur reply......I can add multiple 3D images on user defined target at run time.... and I can change scale,tranform,rotate 3D image on user defined target by UIButton..... But, I want these functionalities as like rotate functionality in domino by selecting that 3D image....

If you want to interact with a target via touch screen, you can follow a similar approach to the one shown in the Dominoes sample.
But if you want to interact via Virtual Buttons (i.e. finger on target, not via screen touch), then the VB appoach will not work.

Firstly find out how to rotate/scale with OpenGL ES and see if you can make modifications to the existing code that can demonstrate this.

Thanks Nalin !! But i am looking for solution particular to user defined target application only for android. Because i want application where user can create his own marker for augmentation and for that i guess vuforia is best suited as per my knowledge.
