App Store Distribute Error

Hi! Sorry if I in a wrong section. I have trouble to upload my app into App Store. I create iOS AR app using Vuforia 8.3.8, Unity 2019.2.0f1, and Xcode 10.2.1. Idont have trouble to build the project and archive it, but when I want to distribute it I got error 'Code Signing "Vuforia.framework" failed.' 

I already try to change build version in Vuforia.framework Info.plist and move the Vuforia.framework into Copy Bundle Resources but still have same error.

I need to update my app but since we need to use at least Xcode 10.2 Version (if Im not wrong), I got this error.
