AR App development using vuforia SDK in xcode iOS

Hi I'm trying to develop an iOS app with Vuforia SDK. I want to develop AR experience using Vuforia SDK inside xcode. But I am not able to find any document to learn how to develop application inside xcode. How to load 3D models inside xcode. Any help is acceptable.
