Camera field of view

Hi.

 

playing with the vuforia sdk on ipad2 and ipad4 I noticed that the field of view of the camera is narrower in comparison with   Normal camera operation ( such in any camera/video application) 

is there a way to control the  width of  the field of view through the sdk?

Hi ozieg,

this is probably due to the fact that the Vuforia samples do configure the videobackground in such a way to fit the entire screen;

Hello there,

I dig up this thread, because I face similar problems. I did tests on several devices: iPad mini 2, iPad 4 and iPad 5. When comes to filming, it seems that the video is zoomed for iPad 4 and 5.
