Hi!
I am developing an application using the Vuforia API which targets the 3rd generation iPad. Regardless of how I initialize the library and the camera, I only seem to get a camera resolution of 640x480, which severely limits both the quality of the tracking as well as of the presentation. Is it possible to increase the camera resolution on this device?
On a side note. Does anyone have any experience using Vuforia in an Obj-C project with ARC enabled? Are there any particular pitfalls I should be aware of or any easy fixes I could do. I've run in to a few crasches when Vuforia has called functions which in turn have called functions I have implemented in Obj-C and am unsure of how to circumvent this.
Best regards, Markus Larsson

Camera resolution using 1.5.9 on the new iPad (3rd gen)
Hello!
I would like to ask is there any progress on this?
As far as I know, this same camera is on iPad3, iPad4 and iPad mini.
It would be very nice to have a little better quality of the video feed.

hi fox
1.5.9 is no longer supported.
Suggest you try Vuforia 2.0 and see if it improves things in this regard. Let me know how you get on.
