camera upside down after Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie

My Unity/iOS app was working perfectly until I added an intro video when the app launches. When I play a video using Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie as the first script is loaded, the camera image is turned upside down. I have tried this on my own iPhone SE running iOS 10.2.1, but I've also been receiving reports from my QA team complaining of the same behavior on a few different kinds of devices (mostly iPhone 5 and 6).

The solution described in this thread seemed to work: https://developer.vuforia.com/forum/issues-and-bugs/ipad-autorotation-issue

But then I noticed the problem still happened intermittently. It was not eliminated completely. The AR functionality still works, even though the camera is upside down. The flipped orientation affects the front and rear facing camera. Please see the attached screenshots and notice the orientation of the logo compared to the camera image (sorry for my late-night kitchen photos). To be clear, my stove is not actually bolted to my ceiling.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Can anyone suggest a solution?

Thanks!

I've been dealing with this exact same issue. I've noticed that the camera will flip if the full screen video is in landscape mode when the user closes the video. If the phone is in portrait when the user closes the video, the Vuforia camera comes back as it should.
