I need use a web page in the sample Cloud Recognition. in xcode tha UIWEBVIEW I can display a web, in this sample Can I use this?

Well, this is entirely up to you to do - however you need to clearly think through the use-case and technical feasibility
The sample augments an image, but you could augment anything you want.
