In Mountain Lion
Before running the vuforia-sdk-ios-2-0-30.app
you please try to go Preferences>Security&Privacy>General
Then unlock the key and allow applications downloaded from "anywhere"

after that run vuforia-sdk-ios-2-0-30.app
i hope you will got your solution

Can you try locating the file

January 18, 2013 - 4:05am #20

Can you try locating the file in the Downloads directory in Finder?

The iOS SDK is available here: https://developer.vuforia.com/resources/sdk/ios

After downloading there should be a file: vuforia-sdk-ios-2-0-30.zip

Then when you double click this it should expand to the installer vuforia-sdk-ios-2-0-30.  When you click this it should run the installer.

Can I just check that you were able to install the Android SDK?  and that you are just having difficulties with the iOS SDK?

thanks

Sorry I don't understand what you mean.

Can you check the size of the installer after you have unzipped - it should be 10,034,323 bytes in size.  If not try downloading again.

"it just jumping up and down

January 15, 2013 - 4:27am #8

"it just jumping up and down on the screen"

Not sure what you mean.

Can I just check you have downloaded the SDK from here:

https://developer.vuforia.com/resources/sdk/ios

Unzipping this will expose the installer vuforia-sdk-ios-2-0-30, and when you click it it should run the installer.

Which OS are you using?

If I understand correctly you are having problems getting past the license screen?

If so, then scroll to the bottom and then click "I accept this license agreement" and it should allow you to proceed.

  Hi maxwheeler   Sorry you

January 10, 2013 - 2:54am #3

Hi maxwheeler

Sorry you are having problems with this.

So far the only Mountain Lion problems that have been reported are due to GateKeeper preventing the running of the installer.

Could you please try going to Preferences>Security&Privacy>General

Then unlock the key and allow applications downloaded from "anywhere"

This should allow the installation to proceed.

Let me know how you get on.
