Cloud Vuforia Error

Hi there.

i'm using vuforia cloud in the project, when i try to scan a target (target form vuforia cloud database) the device doesn´t recognize the target, the function "finder->updateSearchResults()" returns always the status 1 but if i use a local database the device can recognize the target.

This problem occurs in some devices, i have 2 iPhone 6 with the same version, vuforia 5.5 SDK and Xcode 7.3, in one iPhone works perfectly vuforia cloud and the another iPhone doesn't recognize the targets.

Even using the vuforia example project occurs the same problem.

What is the difference between the iPhone that works and the iPhone that doesn't not work? Please provide the model name and iOS version for each.

Sure, it is the same app, the version is 9.3.2, same target and the model of the iPhone is the same A1549, the difference is the serie:

 

iPhone with vuforia problems: F4RNVBU6G5MH

iPhone: F78N928YG5MM 

Thanks for answer me, but i found the solution, the problem was that the iPhone had a different region in the configuration, only i changed the region and the iPhone could detect the target.
