Confusing/misleading install instructions

I got fed up at all of the errors I was seeing, so I deleted everything, downloaded and re-installed. And then the samples wouldn't compile.

This turned out to be a simple reason - the installation instructions are misleading. They imply you should place the samples in the samples folder, but you should not, you need to copy the individual project files out of the samples folder you downloaded, and copy them directly into samples.

Does that sound confusing? Yes.

As the name of the folders have changed since the instructions were created, there is no obvious way for us to see what the problem is. Perhaps you might want to upade the images on the web page to reflect something a little more recent?

Another solution might be to place all of the project folders inside another folder called "samples".

That way the user should understand that the new "samples" folder should replace the old "samples" folder, whereas now it's not at all obvious.
