I just tested a ios application built on Unity 2018 1.5f1 Vuforia 7.1.34, and it worked well on iphone 5. When I submitted it in app store, they said it could not be launched successfully on ipad ios12:

We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPad running iOS 12 on Wi-Fi.
Specifically, the content did not load properly.

To resolve this issue, please run your app on a device to identify any issues, then revise and resubmit your app for review.
Did anyone encounter the same problem too? How do I test it under ipad ios 12 simulator?

If you don't want to
If you don't want to distribute the app to iPads you can specify that it is iPhone only in the General and Build Settings. If you do want to distribute to iPads you'll need to find yourself an iPad as that's the only way you'll be able to test the app and see why it's failing...
