Hi,

 

I was wondering if it was possible to do geolocation with the unity plugin?

 

I would love to be able to go outside and look at 3D models/animations.

Not quite sure what you are asking ;)

Basically Vuforia is an SDK that handles detection of markers, tracking and augmentation of 3D models within an Image Database that is held on a device or up in the Cloud.

Sounds like you're intereted in incoporating POI   "Point Of Interest "  into your A.R app yes ?   So for example you walk around in the street and the app displays a 3D object when you reach the GPS location.
