handling touches

In our app, we have to handle touches on 3D object in particular point  like the one in domino sample. Is this a only way to handle touches on 3D object on screen or it can be achieve through virtual buttons. I seen virtual button sample app, it handle touches behind screen(behind device), we didn't want that. We have to handle touches on 3D object on screen in particular point . Please suggest any idea.

These two samples do completely different things:

  • Dominoes - converts 2d screen touches into 3d space
  • Virtual buttons - converts 3d position inside a camera feed and then relates that to turning on/off a virtual button which is a sub-rectangle of an Image Target

We have to handle touches on 3D object on screen in particular point

Sounds like you need to take the Dominoes approach.
