How to add new ImageTargets and 3D objects?

Hello,

I am new user of Vuforia. I run iOS app with some examples but I need to add my own image to scan and 3D object which should be shown after scanning.

Image to scan should be added in target manager (device type), right ?

I do not know where I should add 3D objects.
