Hi all,
the subject isn't very well but I hope you understand my problem after I explained it. I merge the Video Sample and the ImageTarget sample together. This works pretty good but with one big problem. The 3D-Object won't show up if I scan an image.
I searched the web and searched the vuforia forum and got some good advices but they all don't work. I am pretty sure that my problem isn't in the renderFrameQCAR because if I replace the whole code with the renderFrameQCAR from the ImageTarget example it also don't work (all data I use in renderFrameQCAR is O.K. Checked that many times).
So I decided to watch at the other files. Delegate, ViewController etc. but I couldn't find anything what could cause this problem. I tried to find an instance or anything else which is initialized in the ImageTarget example but not in my app which merges the two examples. I watched the whole code but couldn't find anything and I'am really pissed of myself that I am not able to find my mistake ;)
Has anyone an Idea what could be missing? I don't post the whole project because I think this is way to much, isn't it? I post all what you need to help me :) So the main question is: Is there any necessary initializing of 3D-Objects before renderFrameQCAR which could be missing?

Initializing ImageTarget before renderFrameQCAR gets called?
If you have a look through the Image Targets code you will see that the objects are setup in
setup3dObjects
Are you still calling this function?

Thanks for your reply!
Yes I call the setup3DObjects in my initWithFrame and all 3D-Objects are loaded correctly. I'am also able to access the models in my renderFrameQCAR.

In that case you need to debug your code and track down where the problem is, and why the teapot is not displaying.
Does it run the code that displays the teapot?

Yes the app calls the code and don't throw any error I could work with. The only thing I could think of is, that the vertices, normals etc. variables aren't correct but I checked this many times. I check it again.

Ok, I rechecked all the variables and all variables are available and correct. I couldn't find anything else which could cause the missing 3D-Object :(

P.s. here is my renderFrameQCAR:
Initializing ImageTarget before renderFrameQCAR gets called?
Hi,
so I found the error but don't know how to fix it. The problem is, that
Initializing ImageTarget before renderFrameQCAR gets called?
What is it in the Image Targets sample?
Is it different? If so why?
