iOS 8. EXC_BAD_ACCESS (code=1, address=0x0)

I've just upgraded my iPod Touch to iOS 8. I've also updated XCode and Unity to the newest version. Before updating my iPod Touch to iOS 8, my app runs fine on my iPod Touch. After updating my iPod Touch to iOS 8, when I compile and run the app on my iPod Touch, the app freeze on the splash screen (which has the Unity logo).  Xcode gives me the "EXC_BAD_ACCESS (code=1, address=0x0)" error (see the attached image).

I created a new Unity project with just a 3D cube (no Vuforia Unity SDK). I compiled and ran the project on my iPod Touch. The project runs fine on my iPod Touch. When I added Vuforia Unity SDK 3.0.9 to this newly-created Unity project, I get the "EXC_BAD_ACCESS (code=1, address=0x0)" error again (see the attached image).

Please help me fix this issue
