iOS license agreement

Hi When i publish an android build i have to put license agreement on my app saying that qualcomm is collecting technical information about my phone. I understand that this has to be done because there are so many different models and problems that this info helps you to develop QCAR for Android. Do i have to put any license agreement on iOS app? For iPhones and iPad i really dont see reason why developers would want to collect information about device. Will QCAR EULA extend onto iOS version as well or will there be any modifications? Thanks
