Parent from frame 0 to 30. Help script...

I have a sphere with a animation made ​​in unity from frame 0 to 30.On frame 0 the sphere is parent on the target image.On frame 30 it rises a certain distance. I want to make the sphere go in the direction to the ARCamera on frame 30, (I mean) parent the sphere in frame 0 on the target image and then in frame 30, parent the sphere to the ARCamera Unity. i need that parent occurs from frame 0 trough 30. to have a flow Can you help me make this script?
