The Internet speed (in MBs) will have minimal effect upon Cloud Reco performance. The key performance indicator for Cloud Reco response will be the round-trip latency (in ms).
The overall latency of a CloudRecoquery (via SDK or API) is largely driven by the network latency experienced by the user. This can be dependent upon several factors, including quality of the connection (mostly for wireless), number of active users on a WLAN access point/in a WWAN sector, and the quality of the backhaul to the Internet. Note that the average processing time for a query into the CloudReco system (measured at the system's ingress & egress) is in the low hundreds of milliseconds.
