As I'm new to programming i don't know how to create the simple application which has the textRecognition I have seen the sample's but it was hard for me to cover only TextRecognition, is there any sample code(working without alteration after downloading the source), so it will be very easy for me to get start with vuforia's text recognition.

As I'm new to programming

In that case I would strongly suggest going the Unity route as you will find it far more user friendly and it will be much quicker to get results. The video tutorials for Vuforia will also help you.

Well, then the sample app is the place to start.

I recommend stepping through it with the debugger to understand the code, and also read the dev guide - sadly there is no shortcut to working through and gaining experience.

Be prepared for several weeks of intensive learning :)

actually the sample app contains many things I'm in need of only textRecognition app sample only (absolutly Working) then i can able to learn from it.

Since the bunched sample app contains nearly seven functionalitie's but i need only text recognition :)

But how can i split the text recognition project and make an sample out of it only for text recognition :)

In the first instance you may need to read the dev guide which has extensive documentation on the new Sample App structure and key classes.

This is not entirely true, however Vuforia native is aimed primarily at highly competent developers.

Nevertheless the sample structure is explained in detail here along with pictures:
