It sounds like you are very new to Vuforia, and very new to iOS development

Please can you learn a little about iOS development first by becoming a registered Apple developer and running an application on a device by going to the Apple Developer portal - yes you need to pay your $99 otherwise you cannot run anything on a device.

Also, please read the Vuforia Dev Guide before asking such basic questions.

thank you

I meant to pay the $ 99 for running an application, there is another method?.

Thank you for your prompt response.

Vuforia is free, yes.

I recommend to check all the information about Vuforia SDK starting here:

https://www.vuforia.com/

and here:

https://developer.vuforia.com/resources/sdk/ios

Yes the SDK is free and so are the sample apps. Be sure to read the License agreement to understand the restrictions and obligations - you shoudn't distribute developer tools using the SDK and need to present a few statements in your EULA to users.

But I'm not sure what you mean by ..

I just have to cancel the $ 99 dollars to test my applications on the App Store?

You'll still need a iOS developer account to submit apps to the app store, we can't help you with that ;)
