Transparent video playback

I am using Vuforia native sdk, Vuforia + iOS and Vuforia +android. I am not using unity.

i have test the video playback sample, it works well.

now, my problem is How to play partly transparent video.

In order to play partly transparent video, what should I do? Again, I am not using unity.

 

I want to play transparent video from my local storage of App over target image. I am using native iOS SDK. Please help me
