Unity 4.6.3 problems with iOS

When upgrading to version 4.6.3 of unity, compiling with version 3.0.9 of Vuforia on iOS 8.1.2, the camera will only 1/4 of the screen, very careful with this, I had to return to version 4.6.2 of unity to continue to create applications with Vuforia. Moreover I tried to install the version 4 beta Vuforia in the same iOS offline and will not let me do anything without internet connection, a failure on the part of developers Vuforia. A greeting.

It's a known issue with Vuforia 3.0.9,
