vuforia-iOS-Sample apps2-8-7 is not downloading. I tried downloading 5 times. It going upto 70MB and stopping.

Works for me, as I just tried. So the download link is up and running.

Perhaps try using a different web browser or check your browser and internet connection settings (e.g. firewalls, etc..).
