When trying to run Vuforia on a device with iOS 11.3 beta installed, the screen is black and the following error appears:
"cameraDeviceStartCamera
ERROR/AR(52208) 2018-02-06 17:12:59: VideoBackgroundConfig with screen size of zero received, skipping config step"
This happens in a blank Unity scene with just the "ARCamera" prefab in the scene. This scene runs fine on Android and an iPhone running 11.2.5
Target OS: iOS 11.3
Unity: 2017.3.0p2
Vuforia: 7.0.43
Devices tested: iPhone 7, iPhone 7+

Has there been any update for this? 11.3 has been officially released, so just using Xcode 9.2 isn't a viable solution for a released app.

I just tried with the full iOS release and have the black screen. Tested another AR app and it worked as expected.

The one way you can build to a device with iOS 11.3 is to create an ad hoc build with XCode 9.2 and install the application through iTunes, or test flight.
