What I need to create and build a new project?

I'm a new in AR. I use Unity before, it is very simple to load model 3D. And now, I use Vuforia SDK iOS with xCode, but I don't know which libraries or files for new project. There are no guides on web, almost they demo with unity. I downloaded sample on Vuforia to watch, but there are many files so I don't know which files that I need.
