Xcode build getting stuck compiling source files

I'm running the latest Vuforia / latest Unity / latest Xcode but my builds have been getting stuck compiling the source files in Xcode - 174 of 174 source files compiling.

Last week it was fine - I have only one marker with a simple animated character on it.

Any ideas???
