After Vuforia Enable, Camera Stucks

Vuforia SDK Version: 7.0.57 -

Description with steps to reproduce: Using unity: 2017.4.18f1
1) Create a new App
2) Delete Camera and Directional light
3) Create ARCamera
4) get an InputManager
5) get a cube (for reference when the cam stucks cube stucks in one position too)
6) Disable on the ARCamera Vuforia Behaviour and Default Initialization Error Handler
7) Create a Script in the InputManager
public class Manager : MonoBehaviour, IInputClickHandler
public void OnInputClicked(InputClickedEventData eventData)
GameObject ArCam = GameObject.Find("ARCamera");
ArCam.GetComponent().enabled = true;
When u Start the Program Look near the cube, Tap and in the Debug Log Vuforia should start but the ARCam get fixed Coridnates = Stucks

Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): Windows 10 64-Bit -

Mobile OS and Version: Windows 10 32-Bit -

Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: Microsoft Hololens -

Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?: I dont know if there are any application starting vuforia manually, would be nice to see how it accually works
