Vuforia SDK Version: 4.2.3 -
Description with steps to reproduce:
We currently have an app on the google play store that crashes on some android devices such as the Hudl2.
We are using Unity 5 and the latest vuforia.
You click to start the app and immediately receive a 'Unfortunately AliveLab has stopped' message. I have tried created an empty unity app and loading that which works fine. As soon as I import the latest Vuforia however, it then crashes. I don't even have to put any of the vuforia prefabs in the scene and it will crash on some devices every single time.

This is causing us a real problem as we are having to refund the physical product which goes alongside the app. Any help is appreciated.
