AR stopped working on released app

Vuforia SDK Version: 6.1.17 -

Description with steps to reproduce: Hi all,

I am using Unity 5.6.3 and Vuforia 6.1.17 to devleop an Android app.

The app is availble on the Google store for more than a year,

On our latest update (last week-end), everything worked fine in Unity and on our test devices.

BUT on the store version, the AR is not working anymore.

Is there a reason why suddenly, vuforia can stop working on our released version on the store?

This is most annoying for our users.

Hello Thomas,

Do you see any Vuforia related errors in the logs when you run the app store version of the app? Are you seeing this on all Android devices with the app store build?
