Broken cloud database

Vuforia SDK Version: - - Description with steps to reproduce: When deleting a developer license connected to a cloud database you can no longer rename or add a new, equal license to that cloud database. 1. Create a developer license. 2. Create a cloud target database linked to the developer license. 3. Delete the developer license. 4. Try to rename or add a new developer license to the cloud target database. - Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): - - Mobile OS and Version: - - Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: - - Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?: -

Similar Issue - Unity 2017.3.1f1 Personal - Vuforia 7.0.47 

License Key does not seem to work anymore. Add the license key and get error Vuforia cannot be started before it is initialized. Tried Cloud based and imported database.
