Camera Black out on iPad4

Vuforia SDK Version: 2.0 - Description with steps to reproduce: This is true for both Vuforia 1.5 and 2.0 I have a couple of apps that have vuforia implemented. they have links to website content in the menus. If a user is using the AR, and clicks the help button to go to a website url, the app is suspended and they are taken to the help section via safari. Upon returning the the suspended app, the camera is now not working. This is true also for the generic camera app. If i go to the ipads camer app, the shutter does not open at all. Even killing the app does not fix this. Workaround: 1) total device shutdown & reboot fixes this. 2) go to camera, switch to front camera and then back and it all works again. Im considering putting a caveat that stops app being suspended when an external url is accessed, but this is shonky in my opinion. Im using Kamcord in these apps also and fear it may be due to this. Its fraught with bugs, and redraw issues. - Development OS (Mac OS X, Windows, Linux): osx - Mobile OS and Version: 6.1.2 - Mobile Device Manufacturer and Model name: ipad 4 - Do the Vuforia Sample Applications show the same behavior?: unknown. my app thats on app store that this is happening on is Memphis Jookin AR Dancer - im beta testing AR PUG DOG 2 right now and its happening on there.

Hi mocaponeuk2,

This is most likely an issue with your iPad, and with particular devices rather than with Vuforia per se.

If you do a quick search for "shutter stuck" you will find issues with various iOS devices - iPad 4 being one of them.
