I just updated to the latest Unity LTS version (2019.4.11f1) and I can't install the Vuforia package from the Package Manager. It seems to me that the scoped registry is not working at all at https://registry.packages.developer.vuforia.com/. I cannot afford to install it via the other method since I work on a team, and making everyone install it locally is just not acceptable. The effect I'm experiencing is that the Package Manager is stuck in "Resolving Packages" and it's only related to the Vuforia Package, it has nothing to do with my connection or internet/firewall settings. I saw numerous posts regarding the same subject since July, so I guess the issue should be fixed by now already. Please look into this ASAP.
